The Thakali people trace their roots to the Thak Khola valley near Mustang, where centuries on the old salt and grain trade routes shaped a cuisine built for travelers: hearty, balanced, and never rushed.
At Digo, that tradition sits at the centre of the table — a full khana set with rice, lentils, greens, and pickles, served the way it would be in a Thakali home, alongside a relaxed cafe menu for everything in between.
